In accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights Protection dated 02.07.1992 No 2300-1 the customer has the right to partially or completely refuse from the prepaid service in the particular deadlines:
If you pay for first night of residence, you have the right to refuse to stay without charging a penalty not less than 72 hours before the specified time of arrival from 01.10 to 30.04, and not less than 7 days of arrival in the period from 01.05 to 30.09.
 In case of cancellation of the reservation later than the corresponding dates, the Hotel is entitled to charge the cost of first night.
If the customer uses the "Non-refundable fare" when booking rooms, the Hotel is entitled to withhold the full cost, regardless of the cancellation terms of the reservation.
The customer has the right to make any available changes (changes in dates of residence, the number of people, etc.). in his booking without of charging penalties but not less than 72 hours before arrival in the period from 01.10 to 30.04, and not less than before 7 days in the period from 01.05 to 30.09.
The customer's refusal of staying is a written notification in free form indicating the full name, booking number, dates of residence, as well as the reason of this refusal, those sent via mail to info@ligotel.com.
A written application of the client is required to return his funds.
